How quickly will I receive my electricity token?

Tokens are delivered instantly after payment is confirmed — usually within seconds, to your dashboard and by SMS.

Which distribution companies (discos) are supported?

All major Nigerian discos: AEDC, EKEDC, IKEDC, IBEDC, EEDC, PHED, KEDCO, KAEDCO, JED and BEDC, prepaid and postpaid.

Do you support both prepaid and postpaid meters?

Yes. Choose your meter type when you enter your meter number and we process the payment accordingly.

Is my payment secure?

Every payment runs through CBN-licensed partners such as Monnify and Flutterwave. We never store your full card details.

What happens if I enter the wrong meter number?

We verify the meter and show the registered name before you pay, so you can confirm it is correct.

Can I get a receipt for my transaction?

Yes. Every purchase generates a receipt with your token, saved to your history and sent by SMS and email.
